The Roundcube email manager incorporates a complete calendar function that allows you to create and manage your personal agenda.
Below are the main actions you can do with it.
1.-Access to Roundcube Webmail
To access Roundcube you must enter the subdomain "correoweb" in the browser URL, followed by your domain name (e.g. correoweb.example.org).
When accessing RoundCube you must enter the fields "Username" (e-mail account you want to manage) and "Password" (account password), and click on Login.
2.-Access the calendar
From the Roundcube interface, click on the Calendar tab in the left menu.

3.-Create events in the calendar
To create an event click on the date and time slot where you want to create the event or on the New event icon.
In the "Summary" tab you enter the start and end date of the event, its description and other parameters such as the location of the event and the message you will see in the calendar.
In the "Recurrence" tab you indicate if it is a recurring event and its periodicity, with this the event is created automatically on the necessary dates throughout the calendar.


When sending an invitation, the invited person receives an email to accept the event.
Once the request has been answered by the invited user, you will receive an email where you must click on the Update the participant's status option. In this option you can see the status of the invited person according to their response.

4.- Calendar configuration
In order to modify the appearance and other calendar options, go to the "Settings" section of Roundcube and select "Calendar" under "Preferences".
In the main options you can configure how your calendar will look like and activate reminders.
In the "Categories" options, you can change the colors of the categories, create new ones or delete existing ones.
Finally you can activate the anniversary calendar and add anniversary events from your address book contact data.
